Ellen Bradley

Development Committee Chair, Executive Committee

Ellen Bradley is the daughter of a 4-H Agent and a lifelong advocate of their programs. She participated in 4-H Clothing and Foods in Lincoln and Klamath Counties. Some of her fondest memories are from 4-H Summer Camp, Summer Conference, and working (and bunking) at the Oregon State Fair where she was a 4-H student volunteer. She currently resides in Washington county. Ellen graduated from Oregon State’s Food Science and Technology program and is the Founder and Principal Food Scientist at River City Food Group. She has been active in the Institute of Food Technologists for nearly 40 years and was recently elected a Fellow of that organization. Ellen places great value in connecting her community with resources to enrich their lives.
