Dinah Nicholson

Development Committee, Finance Committee

Raised in Tillamook, Oregon on a large dairy and chicken farm.  Her parents had been 4-H members, so 4-H was a major part of family activities.  As the youngest of five, Dinah watched all of her siblings earn champion ribbons and trophies, from the beginning of her life. She also earned many champion ribbons and trophies.  Dinah has fond memories of OSU Summer Days and living in the 4-H dorm at the state fair.  She graduated from OSU with a BS in Home Economics/ Child Development and a BS in Elementary Education.  After a short teaching career, she became a certified financial planner and built a large clientele.  Dinah loved teaching her clients the skills needed to become financially free. Additionally, Dinah has served on many boards including:  OSU Trustees, Washington County Leaders Association, chair of National Christian Community Foundation, assistant chair for raising funds for the Mercedes Bates Center, Chair of Waddell & Reeds President Council and many committees.
