4-H Statewide Scholarships The Oregon 4-H Foundation has endowments and annual gifts to
award twelve 4-H scholarships per year, with awards ranging from
$500 to $3,000. Decisions on awarding scholarships are made by the Oregon 4-H
Recognition Committee. Mary Arnold, 4-H State Specialist, provides
leadership for the Committee. Many of the scholarships are available
to 4-H members attending Oregon State University. For information about scholarships available and how to apply, link
